Initial Intake

Service Description

The initial intake appointment takes 1 hour. Thereafter, Dr. Becker-Weidman meets with clients for 45 minutes once a week. Parents are actively engaged throughout the therapeutic process to ensure they also understand the treatment goals being targeted and how they can better support their children as a family in using the skills outside of the therapy setting. Treatments generally last between 3 to 12 months, or longer, depending on the type of presenting problem and specific treatment.
